- ONLINE REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
ASN Events is using their online process to record registrations. When you first enter the link, if you have not used the system before it will ask you to complete your personal details. This is saved to your own unique 'registration profile' (Not yet available) and does not have to be re-entered again. Delegates who have used it before when attending other recent ASN managed conferences will find their existing dashboard works already for this meeting too. Your 'registration profile' is something you can revisit many times. You can register, lodge your abstract, select various options and accommodation, get your tax invoice, make payments and stay in touch with the organisers from your own registration profile. Group leaders can co-ordinate all their members from their own page. ASN welcomes your feedback on this new process and trust you will find it more convenient.
A secure site is provided for online payment of your charges. This has its own section in the registration system. The payment options are:
- Credit card - Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Please note that you will be charged a 2.85% surcharge for using American Express and 1.10% surcharge for using Mastercard/VISA
- Cheque - (either personal or from your institute)
- Direct debit - (you will be emailed banking instructions upon application)
An Australian Tax Invoice will be provided for all registrants once registered. You can reprint this and your receipt from your registration profile at any time.
The ABN for the conference is 90 093 246 176. All rates quoted include GST and are in Australian dollars.
All online registrations are checked by the secretariat. If there is any query they will contact you. If you wish to make changes or additions after you have registered, you are able to return to your profile using your email and password.
- EARLY BIRD PAYMENTS
Payment must have been received for early bird registrations no later than the specified deadline or the early bird discount will be forfeited.
Any changes to the registration and accommodation booking details should be made via your registration 'registration profile' in the first instance, or directed in an email to the conference secretariat, who will endeavour to accommodate the request.
- CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of AUD$100 if made in writing before 12th October 2018. No refund is payable after that date but registrations can be transferred to substitute delegates without penalty. You are able to access your 'registration profile' at any time to make any necessary changes.
The registration fee does not include insurance of any kind. The meeting secretariat cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. Delegates are encouraged to make their own insurance arrangements to cover any loss caused by unforeseen delay, circumstance or cancellation.
